Number Of Ingredients 9

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
¼ cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons water

Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of pork loin: Select a center-cut pork loin roast for the best results. It is a tender and flavorful cut that cooks evenly.
  • Use fresh oranges: Fresh oranges provide the best flavor for the glaze. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can substitute orange juice, but the flavor will not be as vibrant.
  • Make sure the glaze is thick enough: The glaze should be thick enough to coat the pork loin evenly. If it is too thin, it will run off the pork and not adhere properly.
  • Cook the pork loin to the proper temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork loin is cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium or 160 degrees Fahrenheit for well done.
  • Let the pork loin rest before carving: Allow the pork loin to rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.

Conclusion:

Honey orange glazed pork loin is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of sweet and savory flavors is sure to please everyone at your table. With its crispy, caramelized crust and tender, juicy interior, this dish is sure to become a family favorite. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice, for a complete meal. Enjoy!
