  • If using fresh cauliflower, steam and set aside. If using frozen, thaw and drain and set aside. combine water and carrots in saucepan and cook, covered 12 minutes. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in pan and add almonds and cinnamon. continue cooking over med heat, stirring occasionally, until almonds are toasted 3-4 minutes. add carrots and remaining ingredients, stir to blend. cover and cook until everything is heated through. remove cinnamon and serve.
