Or, like the original pinner said (bless her heart) "just warm it up and get a straw!"

Tips:

  • Choose ripe fruits. This will ensure that your ambrosia is sweet and flavorful. Avoid using fruits that are bruised or have blemishes.
  • Cut the fruits into small pieces. This will help them to absorb the honey-orange juice marinade more easily.
  • Use a variety of fruits. This will give your ambrosia a more complex flavor and texture. Some good choices include pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
  • Make the honey-orange juice marinade ahead of time. This will allow the flavors to meld together and develop. You can also make a larger batch of marinade and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
  • Chill the ambrosia before serving. This will help to firm up the fruits and make them more refreshing.

Conclusion:

Honey ambrosia is a classic summer dessert that is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With its sweet and refreshing flavor, it's the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. So next time you're looking for a light and delicious dessert, give honey ambrosia a try. You won't be disappointed!
