WHIPPED TOPPING SUBSTITUTE

This is a simple recipe, containing no fat! None! So go ahead and have your dessert. You could use Splenda instead of the sugar. This is not supposed to rival Cool Whip, but it is one way to be able to at least enjoy your dessert. I have not tried it with Splenda(or other sugar substitutes) but imagine it would work. Remember to put your bowl and the beaters to your electric mixer in the freezer for at lease 30 minutes before beginning this recipe. Note: I use Carnation non-fat dry milk powder, and suggest you use a good product like it to get the best results.
