Thousand Island dressing is a classic American dressing that is sweet, tangy, and creamy. It is made with mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, minced onion, minced green pepper, minced hard-boiled egg, and sweet pickle relish. It is often served on salads, burgers, and sandwiches.

This article provides three recipes for homemade Thousand Island dressing. The first recipe is a classic version of the dressing. The second recipe is a lightened-up version that uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. The third recipe is a vegan version that uses plant-based mayonnaise and no eggs.

All three recipes are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. You can adjust the amount of sweetness, tanginess, and creaminess by adding or subtracting ingredients. You can also add other ingredients, such as chopped bacon, crumbled blue cheese, or chopped nuts, to create your own unique version of Thousand Island dressing.
