1/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  • Brush the melted butter onto one side of each of the flour tortillas and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Then cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. I used a pizza cut to them. I cut them in half and then cut each half into 4 equal pieces.

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup buttermilk
1 package (10 ounces) cinnamon baking chips
2 tablespoons butter, melted
