Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients, including fresh cinnamon and real butter, for the best flavor.
- If you don't have a stand mixer, you can make the dough by hand. Just be sure to knead it for at least 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
- Don't overproof the dough. Once it has doubled in size, it's ready to bake.
- To make sure the cinnamon filling is evenly distributed, use a pastry brush to spread it over the dough before rolling it up.
- Bake the bread until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. If you're unsure, insert a toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes before glazing it. This will help the glaze set properly.
- Serve the bread warm, with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.

Homemade cinnamon bubble bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion.
