HOMEMADE ONION CHIP DIP
Sometimes I just get so hungry for the chip dip we had when I was little with sour cream and a packet of French Onion Soup Mix. I won't buy those any more as they contain partially hydrogenated oil and sometimes MSG so I made up my own dip that comes pretty close. We use organic sour cream. Easy to double.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and use for a dip for potato chips or veggies.

- Don't overmix the dip. Overmixing can make the dip runny and less flavorful.
- Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the dip to thicken up.
- Serve the dip with a variety of chips, vegetables, and crackers. This will give your guests a variety of options to choose from.
- Garnish the dip with fresh herbs, grated cheese, or chopped nuts before serving. This will add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.
