  • Use a variety of vegetables to create a colorful and flavorful quiche. Some good options include broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  • If you don't have any heavy cream on hand, you can use milk instead. However, the quiche will be slightly less rich and creamy.
  • Be sure to whisk the eggs and milk together thoroughly before adding them to the quiche filling. This will help to prevent the eggs from curdling.
  • Bake the quiche until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will usually take about 45-50 minutes.
  • Let the quiche cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help the quiche to set and make it easier to slice.
