1 (1-ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
¾ cup beef broth
1 ½ pounds new potatoes
4 carrots

2 pounds boneless chuck roast
1 1/2 pounds new potatoes halved
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, Ranch seasoning, and gravy mix. Blend. Prick the entire roast with a fork. Rub the dried mix on roast. In a slow cooker, spread potatoes on bottom.
