This is a light pie with a different twist using the marshmallows. My daughter has been making this for years as this was one of the first desserts she learned to make and has been making it since. Quite tasty!

Steps:
- Melt together milk and marshmallows at 50% power for 1 min., stirring. Add chocolate and stir to melt. Cool to room temp. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the pie will taste. Look for a chocolate bar that is at least 70% cacao.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the pie tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the pie until the center is just set. Overbaking will make the pie dry. Insert a toothpick into the center of the pie. If it comes out clean, the pie is done.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the flavors to develop.
- Serve the pie with whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh fruit. This will add a delicious finishing touch.
