1 (32 fluid ounce) container chicken stock
1 (12 ounce) jar HERDEZ® Roasted Pasilla Chile Mexican Cooking Sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 each corn tortillas
½ cup water
1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Cotija cheese
1 teaspoon Limes
1 Avocado
1 teaspoon Cilantro
1 teaspoon Green onion
1 ounce Cabbage
1 dash Hot sauce
1 teaspoon Crema fresca
