Tips:
- Choose a pork roast that is at least 3 pounds. This will ensure that you have enough meat to feed your guests.
- Sear the pork roast before roasting it. This will help to lock in the juices and give the meat a flavorful crust.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork roast is cooked to your desired doneness. The internal temperature of the roast should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, and 165 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
- Let the pork roast rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing it. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.
- Serve the pork roast with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
