2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried basil

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Pour 1 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; marinate for 15 minutes. 1 (6 ounce) package Uncle Ben's converted brand rice, natural select garlic & butter rice
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 whole lime, juice and zest of
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
1 red pepper, diced
3 green onions, cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Marinate chicken in soy sauce, lime juice & zest, cilantro and ginger for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in saute pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken.

1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
2 tablespoons minced fresh sage or 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 roasting chicken (6 to 7 pounds)
4 medium limes, cut into wedges
