1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
nonstick cooking spray
3/4 cup crumbled light boursin cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

  • Prepare Commeal Crust.
  • Combine white wine, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and pepper in medium bowl.
