1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 envelope savory herb and garlic soup mix, divided
8 ounces uncooked fettuccine or pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine seasoning blend and poultry seasoning; sprinkle over chicken. In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil and 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small green bell pepper, cut into bite-size strips
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
3 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped (3 cups)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)

Steps:

  • Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
