2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
cooking spray
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon hot paprika
3/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper, divided
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
