HERB-GARLIC VEGGIE BAGEL SANDWICH
Variation on the Leonardo Da Veggie from Bruegger's Bagels! I lived off these in college and don't live near a Bruegger's now, so I created my version!

Steps:
- 1. First, make my herb garlic cream cheese spread found in my recipe box. If you want to buy some, it's hard to find in grocery stores but bagel shops will probably carry it.
- 2. dice some tomatoes, chop some onions and red peppers. I usually mix all these in a food processor. The amount you use depends on your preference and how many sandwiches you are making.
- 3. Lightly toast an everything bagel.
- 4. Spread cream cheese on one half.
- 5. Put mixture of red pepper/onion/tomatoes on top of cream cheese.
- 6. Put slice of muenster cheese on top.
- 7. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
- 8. Put the top of the bagel on, slice in half and enjoy! I like to microwave my finished sandwich a little to soften up the cheese, but some prefer this sandwich cold.

SCHOOL LUNCH BAGEL SANDWICH
This sandwich mixes the goodness of bagels with the crunch of dill pickles. I came up with this sandwich for my son who loves bagels and cream cheese but I felt his favorite needed something extra to really make it a lunch. This is kid-tested good, and you can alter the veggies according to what your child likes.

GARLIC AND HERB BREAD
This is wonderful with spaghetti, lasagna, or another Italian dish, but my family likes it with almost anything. It's very good if made the day before you need it, then split down the middle, buttered, and reheated at mealtime. I use a bread machine, but it can be made without. I like to use the dough cycle, then bake it in a French loaf pan.
