HEAVENLY MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH CRAB MEAT
If you love seafood, then you'll love these! The stuffing is delicious and I really liked the addition of different color bell peppers. I used small mushrooms because I like to serve one bite appetizers, but try using larger mushrooms for a great meal. They're delish!

CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This tasty appetizer seasoned with thyme, oregano, and savory. Choose good sized mushrooms, about 2 inches across. When cleaning mushrooms, don't run them under water. They are like little sponges, and will absorb it; just wipe them clean with a damp towel. The filling can be made with fresh, canned, or imitation crabmeat. If using canned, be sure to rinse it first.

Tips:
- Choose the right mushrooms. Large, firm mushrooms with a wide cap are best for stuffing. Portobello, cremini, and shiitake mushrooms are all good choices.
- Clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Use a damp paper towel to wipe away any dirt or debris from the mushrooms.
- Remove the stems. Use a sharp knife to carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms. You can discard the stems or save them to use in another recipe.
- Stuff the mushrooms. Fill the mushroom caps with your desired stuffing. You can use a variety of ingredients, such as crab meat, shrimp, sausage, vegetables, or cheese.
- Bake or broil the mushrooms. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is cooked through. You can also broil the mushrooms for a few minutes to give them a crispy topping.
Conclusion:
Stuffed mushrooms are a delicious and versatile appetizer or main course. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a little creativity, you can create a variety of stuffed mushroom recipes that will impress your friends and family.
