1 cup coarsely crushed saltines (about 25 crackers)
1 cup 2% milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds ground ham
1 pound ground pork
BASTING SAUCE:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the crackers, milk, eggs and pepper. Crumble ham and pork over mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. 2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups crushed saltines (about 35 crackers)
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

SWEET TANGY SAUCE:
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
2-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
