1 medium Avocado ((cubed))
1/2 cup Green onions ((chopped))
1/3 cup Salsa
1/3 cup Sour cream

Steps:

tortilla chips (optional)

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
