WW INSTANT OATMEAL MUFFINS (1 WW POINT EACH)

Ww Instant Oatmeal Muffins (1 Ww Point Each) image

I just started weight watchers and wanted a muffin for breakfast. Other recipes called for things I didn't have so I designed my own recipe with what I had in the kitchen. These are moist and sweet enough to please and my 1 year old and 3 year old loved them. They definitely stick to paper muffin cups a little so I think I'll try skipping the paper cups next time and opt for just the muffin pan and some cooking spray.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make your muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin cups only 2/3 full: This will help prevent the muffins from overflowing.
  • Bake the muffins at the right temperature: The ideal temperature for baking muffins is 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Don't overbake the muffins: Overbaking can make your muffins dry and crumbly. Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before frosting or serving: This will help prevent the frosting from melting and the muffins from falling apart.

Conclusion:

These healthy WW oatmeal raisin muffins are a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. They're made with whole wheat flour, oats, and raisins, and they're sweetened with honey and applesauce. They're also low in fat and calories, and they're a good source of fiber and protein. So next time you're looking for a healthy and satisfying breakfast or snack, give these muffins a try!
