1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 pound lean ground turkey
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg substitute, bread crumbs, cranberries and feta cheese. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties., Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. Serve on buns.

1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
1 green chile peppers, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/4 c cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 c low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
1 dash(es) worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. 1. Preheat the grill for high heat. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic, ginger, chile peppers, red onion, cilantro, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce.
