1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 pound 80-percent lean ground beef
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed (8 ounces)
1 3/4 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed (8 ounces)
Two 10-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pound frozen potato tots

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; season with salt and black pepper. 1 lb extra lean ground beef (browned)
1 (8 ounce) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced onion
1 (8 ounce) can fat-free cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
25 -30 frozen tater tots
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables

Steps:

  • This recipe makes 9 servings approximately 1 1/2 cups each.
  • Brown the ground beef and onion together until fully cooked. Mix soups and cheeses together and then mix in the beef/onions. Spray 8x8 baking pan with Pam, Put beef and onions down in it to make one layer. Place frozen vegetables on top. Top with tator tots (You may need more or less tater tots to make one layer).
