3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup honey
1 cup quick oats (check labels for gluten-free)
3 tablespoons light brown sugar (not packed)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Steps:

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

TOPPING:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Vanilla ice cream, optional
