Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cookies will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at a high temperature: Baking the cookies at a high temperature will help them develop a crispy exterior and a chewy interior.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving: The cookies will continue to set as they cool, so it's important to let them cool completely before serving.

Conclusion:

These healthier soft oatmeal cookies are a delicious and nutritious snack or dessert. They are made with whole wheat flour, oats, and bananas, and they are sweetened with honey instead of sugar. These cookies are also a good source of fiber and protein. Whether you are looking for a healthy snack or a sweet treat, these cookies are a great option.
