5 ounces frozen strawberries
3 ounces low fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
2 packages Sweet n Low
Water

Steps:

  • Place spinach, strawberries and cottage cheese in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add cocoa and Sweet N Low and pulse a few times to mix. Slowly add water to the blender until the desired consistency is reached.

The more cocoa powder, the more of a 'dark chocolate' taste). Then check your weight the next morning. =) It's not as good as milk chocolate but it's not too bad of a substitute, imo. But I've heard that most people either love it or hate it. =) In P3 and P4 you can add other ingredients... nuts, coconut flakes, etc. Be creative!!

3/4-1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
8 (1 g) packets stevia (or other sugar-free sweetener to taste)
