H3 Tips for Perfect Hazelnut and Almond Cookies

- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the cookies will taste. Look for fresh hazelnuts and almonds, and use unsalted butter and pure vanilla extract. - Toast the nuts: Toasting the hazelnuts and almonds brings out their flavor and makes them more fragrant. Be sure to watch them closely so they don't burn. - Chill the dough: Chilling the dough helps the cookies hold their shape and prevents them from spreading too much. - Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies should be slightly golden brown around the edges and just set in the center. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly. - Let the cookies cool completely before frosting: This will help the frosting set properly and prevent it from becoming runny. ###
