3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
4 green onions, chopped
1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar (15 ounces) Alfredo sauce
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a 13x9-in. baking dish; top with cheeses., Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over layers, pushing down, if necessary, with the back of a spoon to ensure muffins absorb liquid. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
