½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

My husband LOVES this recipe and he can be hard to please b/c he gets really sick of chicken. I load this up in the am before I leave for work and come home at 6 to a house smelling amazing!!! I hope you try this one...And if you cook extra chicken, it tastes amazing on a nice salad for the lunch the next day!

3 chicken breasts (I get the flash frozen ones so I can only cook what I need)
1 cup diced pineapple (for a more thick sauce, drain the fruit, but I usually use the juice becauce it really adds a sweet )
2 cups frozen sliced red and green peppers (Again, I get the frozen bags and use only the amount needed BUT fresh is fine too)
1/2 cup frozen chopped onion, however fresh is fine
2 cups of smokey style honey barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons honey
