2 blocks (8 ounces each) dill Havarti cheese
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten
Coarse salt, optional

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the parsley, thyme, rosemary and oregano. Spread mustard over cheese blocks; roll in herbs to coat. , On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry to about 13 in. long (or long enough to fit cheese blocks end to end). 1 lb havarti cheese in a block, from the deli counter
1 pkg frozen puff pastry, pepperidge farm
1/2 c honey
1/4 c slivered almonds

Steps:

  • 1. Defrost puff pastry sheet. Wrap havarti cheese in puff pastry sheet, place seam down on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Remove and place on serving platter.
  • 3. Drizzle honey, coating entire puff pastry. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
