2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce white rum
1 teaspoon sugar
ginger ale, to top up
lime slice, to decorate

Steps:

  • Cut the lime into 4 pieces and put in a food processor or blender with the pineapple juice, rum and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • I suggest to strain the drink into the hurricane glass (read description above). Pour into a hurricane glass or large goblet and top up with dry ginger ale. Decorate with a lime slice.
