3/4 c butter melted
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1 oz 8oz cream cheese softned
1 can(s) 14 oz eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 oz 21 oz apple pie filling
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c pillsbury flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c cold butter
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/3 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven 350. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and pecans in small bowl. Press evenly into prepared pan.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Pour over prepared crust. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese layer.

1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
6 tablespoons butter, slightly softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter, plus
3 tablespoons cold butter
2 lbs apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inch pieces (Gala or Golden Delicious are good)
1/2 cup dark raisin
1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Set oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan.
  • Prepare the streusel topping (as follows).
  • In a medium bowl, with hands, mix the 3/4 cup flour, pecans, 1/3 cup brown sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon until the mixture comes together; set aside.
