**Ham** is a cured meat product made from the hind leg of a pig. It is typically salted, smoked, and aged for a period of time, which gives it a unique flavor and texture. Ham is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes, from sandwiches and salads to casseroles and stews. Here are the recipes for three delicious ham dishes:
* **Honey Baked Ham**: This classic holiday dish is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. The ham is coated in a sweet and sticky glaze and then baked until tender and juicy.
* **Ham and Cheese Sliders**: These sliders are perfect for a party or game day snack. They are made with ham, cheese, and your favorite condiments, all sandwiched between two pieces of bread and then baked until golden brown.
* **Ham and Potato Casserole**: This casserole is a hearty and comforting dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is made with ham, potatoes, and a creamy sauce, and then baked until bubbly and golden brown.

SLAMMIN' HAMMIES
I always liked the flavors in my baked ham loaf, so I decided to "tweak" that recipe a little and then form the mixture into patties and make on the grill. The result is this delicious "alternative" burger served on a whole wheat roll and honey mustard dressing. This is truly a summertime favorite!

Steps:
- 1. Place all "Hammie" ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands until well combined. Mixture should hold together when patties are formed. (NOTE: if too dry, add more pineapple juice, if too wet, add more graham cracker crumbs)
- 2. Make 6 baseball size patties. Place a "dimple" in middle of each pattie so they remain flat when grilled. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3. Prepare grill. Coat grids with vegetable oil. Place patties on grill and grill for 5-6 minutes, turn and grill for another 5-6 minutes or until instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
- 4. During the last minute, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each pattie, close lid and cook until cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Assemble hammies: Place roll bottoms on serving platter. Lightly drizzle with honey mustard dressing. Evenly divide arugula between rolls and spread evenly. Top each with a hammie and tomato slice. Drizzle the underside of top roll with more honey mustard dressing and place on top of all.
