I've gotten a thousand request for these. We're going to make our own, and not only are these going to be the perfect shape, they're going to taste way better than anything that comes out of a plastic bag. The total time takes almost 4 hours, but the actual amount of work involved is maybe 10 minutes.

Time 3h45m

Yield 8

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast (such as Fleischmann's ActiveDry Yeast®)
1 pound all-purpose flour, or as needed - divided
1 cup warm water (105 degrees F/41 degrees C)
1 large egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, or as needed

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Place yeast into bowl of a large stand mixer; whisk in 1/2 cup flour and warm water until smooth. Let stand until mixture is foamy, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Whisk 1 egg, melted butter, sugar, and salt thoroughly into yeast mixture. Add remaining flour (about 3 cups).
  • Fit a dough hook onto stand mixer and knead the dough on low speed until soft and sticky, 5 to 6 minutes. Scrape sides if needed. Poke and prod the dough with a silicone spatula; if large amounts of dough stick to the spatula, add a little more flour.
  • Transfer dough onto a floured work surface; dough will be sticky and elastic but not stick to your fingers. Form the dough lightly into a smooth, round shape, gently tucking loose ends underneath.
  • Wipe out stand mixer bowl, drizzle olive oil into the bowl, and turn dough over in the bowl several times to coat surface thinly with oil. Cover bowl with aluminum foil. Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours.
  • Transfer dough to a floured work surface and pat to flatten bubbles and form into a slightly rounded rectangle of dough about 5x10 inches and about 1/2 inch thick. Dust dough lightly with flour if needed. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces. Form each piece into a round shape, gently tucking ends underneath as before.
  • Use your hands to gently pat and stretch the dough rounds into flat disc shapes about 1/2 inch thick. Arrange buns about 1/2 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Dust buns very lightly with flour. Drape a piece of plastic wrap over the baking sheet (do not seal tightly). Let buns rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Beat 1 egg with milk in a small bowl, using a fork, until mixture is thoroughly combined. Very gently and lightly brush tops of buns with egg wash without deflating the risen dough. Sprinkle each bun with sesame seeds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 15 to 17 minutes. Buns will stick together slightly where they touch. Let cool completely, tear the buns apart, and slice in half crosswise to serve.

EASY HAMBURGER BUNS

Easy Hamburger Buns image

This recipe came with King Arthur's hamburger bun pan I purchased. Not as super soft as store bought buns, but I like these much better. I use my automatic bread machine (ABM) to make these using the dough cyle for kneading and forming them separately. If you are using the ABM, you can add all ingredients in the machine while it heats up except the milk/butter mixture. When it starts to knead, add the milk/butter mixture in and let the machine complete the dough cycle and proceed with step 3.

BIEROCKS GERMAN HAMBURGER AND CABBAGE FILLED BUNS

Bierocks German hamburger and cabbage filled buns image

Both grandmothers used to make these and it seemed that they could never make enough of them. They are great fresh from the oven and on the rare occurrence that there were leftovers, we enjoyed them cold. The same was said when we served them at the restaurant! Enjoy.

Provided by Tim Hankel

Categories     Burgers

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 14

FILLING INGREDIENTS
4 c cabbage, chopped into about 1/4 inch bites
1/2 c onions, diced
2 Tbsp oil
1 lb hamburger
salt and pepper to taste
DOUGH INGREDIENTS
4 1/3 c all purpose flour
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 c milk
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c butter
1 tsp salt
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. FILLING: In a large frying pan, cook the cabbage and onion together until the cabbage is completely softened and golden. ** This process can be hastened by adding a half-cup of water (or so) and covering the pan, but eventually cook all the liquid off before proceeding.
  • 2. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. In a separate pan, brown the hamburger and drain. ** Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Mix the cabbage/onion with the hamburger thoroughly. ** You may complete this part of the recipe in advance, refrigerating until needed, or just before you are ready to assemble the rolls.
  • 5. DOUGH: In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups of the flour and the yeast.
  • 6. In a saucepan heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just till warm (115-120 degrees F) and butter is almost melted; stir constantly.
  • 7. Add to flour mixture; add eggs.
  • 8. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, then three minutes at high speed.
  • 9. Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
  • 10. Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6 to 8 minutes total).
  • 11. Shape into a ball, and place in a greased bowl; turn once. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double (about 1 hour). Punch down and cover; let rest 10 minutes.
  • 12. ASSEMBLY: Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, and a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  • 13. Cut into squares of 3 inches by 3 or 4 inches by 4.
  • 14. By the spoonful, place some filling mixture into the center of each square, apportioning all of the mixture among the squares.
  • 15. For each, bring the two opposite corner ends of the dough square up to meet one another, then do the same with remaining ends and pinch them (all 4) together with your fingers.
  • 16. You will see that you now have open slits along the diagnals; pinch these together as well, making a seam of each. ** Water on your fingertips will facilitate them staying"glued" together.
  • 17. The end product should be a square with a seam running from each corner to the center where all four are joined.
  • 18. Set the squares on a baking sheet (if you had trouble keeping the seams closed, you can flip them over so that the seams are against the baking sheet, thereby keeping all the filling in place and making a nicer presentation).
  • 19. Let raise 30 minutes. ** Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 °F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. When removing from the oven brush each bun with melted butter.

BELLE'S HAMBURGER BUNS

Belle's Hamburger Buns image

My mom used to make these hamburger buns all the time. They are so easy to make: light and fluffy as well as beautiful to look at. I get raves whenever I make them. Try using them for sandwich rolls too--delicious!

Provided by LemonLush

Categories     Bread     Yeast Bread Recipes     Rolls and Buns

Time 2h20m

Yield 12

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) envelope active dry yeast
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Combine the milk, 1 cup of water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat and let stand until lukewarm. If the mixture is too hot, it will kill the yeast.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the flour and yeast. Pour in wet ingredients and stir until the dough starts to pull together. If you have a stand mixer, use the dough hook to mix for about 8 minutes. If not, knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let stand until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Punch down the dough and divide into 12 portions They should be a little larger than a golf ball. Make tight balls out of the dough by pulling the dough tightly around and pinching it at the bottom. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. After the rolls sit for a minute and relax, flatten each ball with the palm of your hand until it is 3 to 4 inches wide. You may want to oil your hand first. Set rolls aside until they double in size, about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Mix together the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water in a cup or small bowl. Brush onto the tops of the rolls. Position 2 oven racks so they are not too close to the top or bottom of the oven.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the rolls from the oven and return them to different shelves so each one spends a little time on the top. Continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until nicely browned on the top and bottom.

"HAMBURGER" BUNS (ZERO CARB!)

These mock "Hamburger" buns are amazingly bread-like in texture (and taste!) and are suitable for all phases of The Dukan Diet! Once completely cool, seal them in a ziplock storage baggie or a tupperware over night. They will totally change their consistency, to something much more like bread - a softer texture that is nice and chewy. While warm they are crumbly and similar to cooked meringue - but don't let this fool you! Since the sides that were facing the pan are perfectly flat, you use these to spread things on, or make sandwiches, or even as a burger bun! My favorite is spreading cream cheese on both sides (like a sandwich) and stuffing with a freshly poached egg...delish!

Categories     Breads

Time 35m

Yield 2 halves/buns, 5 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 whole large eggs (separated)
3 tablespoons low fat cottage cheese (or fat-free cream cheese)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute, granulated (or preferred artificial sweetener)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or 175 Celcius).
  • Separate your eggs making sure there is absolutely no yolk in the white mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix together egg yolks, cottage cheese, and sweetener until creamy.
  • In a larger bowl, add egg whites and cream of tartar and beat the whites with an electric mixer on high until fluffy. You want this mixture to be well whipped and quite stiff - under mixing will result in a very runny mixture.
  • Carefully fold egg yolk mixture into the egg whites with a large spatula, until evenly mixed. Try not to over-mix, you don't want to loose the 'fluffiness' of the egg whites mixture.
  • Spray two cookie sheets with Pam (or fat-free cooking spray).
  • With a large spoon "scoop" the mixture into 10 even rounds on the sheets (about the size of the top-half of the McDonalds hamburger bun; roughly 3/4 inch thick and 4 to 5 inches across).
  • Place cookie sheet the middle rack and set timer for 20 minutes. Now you will need to watch them, because the cooking time may vary on any two batches. Basically, you want them to bake until they become nice and golden brown color (the color of a McDonalds bun).
  • Remove from the pans and cool on a wire rack.

SEEDED HAMBURGER BUNS (FROM KING ARTHUR FLOUR)

Seeded Hamburger Buns (From King Arthur Flour) image

Soft buns, topped with crunch seeds, perfect complement to grilled burgers. Got this recipe from King Arthur and it looks wonderful. Lots of bun recipes on here - but this looks to good to pass up. It's a pretty easy recipe to follow with resulting in (IMHO) some impressive looking buns! Prep time does not include rising.

Time 50m

Yield 6 buns, 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 11

3/4 cup water, warm
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
2 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 large egg white, beaten

Steps:

  • To make dough; combine all dough ingredients and mix and knead by hand, mixer or bread machine - to make a soft dough.
  • Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for an hour, until it's almost doubled in size.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly greased surface, flatten slightly and divide it into 6 pieces, each weighing about 4 ounces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball. Place in the creased cups of a hamburger bun pan (or shape) and flatten gently.
  • Cover and let rise until buns have doubled in size.
  • Towards end of rising time, preheat oven to 375.

HAMBURGER OR HOT DOG BUNS

Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns image

There's nothing better with your burgers than homemade buns. For a heartier bun substitute 1 cups of whole wheat flour for 1 cup all-purpose flour. I've written the instructions for use with a stand mixer, however you can knead by hand. Prep time includes rising. Recipe comes from Peter Reinhart's 'The Bread Baker's Apprentice'. These are hearty buns, perfect for bratwurst and BBQ sandwiches. Note: Milk can be substituted for the buttermilk, and will slightly affect the final outcome, so experiment and see which one you like best. The same is true with the different types of fat.

Time 3h20m

Yield 12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (19 oz.)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 large egg, slightly beaten, at room temperature
1/4 cup butter, room temperature (margarine, shortening or vegetable can be substituted)
1 1/2-1 3/4 cups buttermilk, room temperature (milk can be substituted)
1 egg, beaten with
1 teaspoon cold water
2 tablespoons poppy seeds (optional) or 2 tablespoons caraway seeds (optional)
cooking spray

Steps:

  • In a large mixer bowl, blend together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
  • Pour in the egg, butter and 1 1/2 cups buttermilk and mix on low speed with the paddle attachment until all the flour is absorbed and the dough forms a ball. If dough seems very stiff and dry, add additional buttermilk until the dough is soft and supple.
  • With dough hook, knead dough on medium speed until soft, supple, and tacky, but not sticky. Continue kneading until the dough clears the sides of the bowl (may stick slightly to the bottom).
  • Lighly oil a large bowl and transfer the dough to the bowl, turning over to coat it with oil.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in size.
  • Remove dough from bowl and divide into 12 pieces, 3 ounces each.
  • Shape each piece into a ball by stretching the surface of the dough around to the bottom on all sides, rotating the ball a quarter-turn as you go.
  • Place on lined baking sheets.
  • Mist the dough lightly with spray oil and cover with a towel or plastic wrap and allow dough to rest for 20 minutes.
  • For hamburger buns: gently press down on the rolls to form the desired shape.
  • For hot dog buns: gently roll the dough on floured surface until elongated to about 4 inches; transfer to lined baking sheets.
  • Mist tops of buns with spray oil and loosely cover with plastic wrap or a towel. Allow dough to rise at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes, or until nearly doubled in size.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brush tops of the buns with egg wash and garnish with sesame or poppy seeds.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until they are golden brown (interior temperature should register 180 degrees in the center).
  • When the buns are done, remove immediately from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack; This will prevent the crust from becoming soggy.

SOURDOUGH HAMBURGER BUNS

Sourdough Hamburger Buns image

This recipe was found someplace on the web and I made major adjustments. They are nice and soft and the wheat bran adds extra fiber. I also used about 2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour adding 1 cup to the sponge and then another cup with the remaining flour. These remind me of Roman Meal buns which we were quite fond of. Enjoy!

Time 2h55m

Yield 14 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 cup sourdough starter, freshly fed
5 -6 cups all-purpose flour, divided
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup unprocessed wheat bran
1 egg white, beaten with 1 tablespoon of water
sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the 1 cup of starter and 2 cups flour.
  • Allow the mixture to rise until double, about 1 hour.
  • Stir in honey, milk, salt, oil and eggs; mixing well.
  • Add the bran and enough flour to make soft dough.
  • Knead gently until smooth and elastic, working in more flour as needed, form into a ball.
  • Grease a large glass bowl, place dough in bowl and turn over to grease the top, cover and let rise until double, approximately 1 hour.
  • Punch dough down, knead 2 minutes, divide dough in half and shape each into a 12-inch log.
  • With a bread knife, slice each log into 7 equal portions and with lightly floured hands, shape into round balls.
  • Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Brush with egg white wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired; cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Remove dough from refrigerator and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Bake the buns in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Slice with sharp bread knife before serving.
  • Please note: When baking with sourdough it is difficult to give exact measurements as to flour. So much depends on the starter and how thick it is as not all starters are created the same.

BIG SOFT HAMBURGER BUNS

Big Soft Hamburger Buns image

These homemade buns have a wonderful light-textured soft interior and a delicate crust thanks to the inclusion of both mashed potatoes and cottage cheese. They are very easy to make in a KitchenAid stand mixer and so much better than store-bought buns! The recipe is from Sunset Breads (1995)

Provided by Debs Recipes

Categories     Yeast Breads

Time 2h40m

Yield 9-12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
1 cup boiling water
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
4 -4 1/2 cups flour (I use part whole wheat flour)

Steps:

  • Stir together potatoes and boiling water; allow to cool at least 5-10 minutes; meanwhile, sprinkle yeast over warm water; let stand about 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Stir together potato mixture, yeast mixture, cottage cheese, sugar, oil, egg, and salt; gradually stir in (KitchenAid stand mixer on low speed #1) flour until a soft dough comes together to form a smooth ball.
  • Knead 9-10 minutes (in KitchenAid stand mixer on medium speed #2) until dough is smooth, elastic, and no longer sticky; add more flour, one tablespoon at a time during the kneading process, if necessary to reduce stickiness.
  • Place dough into oiled bowl; cover bowl and place in a warm place; allow dough to rise (about 1 1/2 hours) until doubled.
  • Punch down dough and knead a few strokes to release air; divide dough into 9 (or 12 portions if you want to end up with not-quite-so-large buns) equal portions; with lightly oiled or floured hands, shape each dough portion into a ball, gently pulling and tucking top surface under until smooth.
  • Place formed buns 2 or more inches apart, tucked sides down, on a greased baking sheet; cover and allow buns to rise (about 30-45 minutes) until puffy.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until buns are light golden-brown; remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.
  • NOTE: Makes nine 4 1/2 to 5-inch buns or twelve 3 1/2 to 4-inch buns which, once cooled, may be stored airtight in a plastic bag and refrigerated or frozen if desired.

TOASTED GARLIC HAMBURGER BUNS

Toasted Garlic Hamburger Buns image

I have not tried this one yet, but the sound of roasted garlic on my hamburger bun just makes me drool. The picture in Cooking Pleasures was to die for.

Time 2h5m

Yield 6 buns

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup warm water, divided (110 F-115 F)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 -2 1/2 cups bread flour, divided
1 teaspoon salt
3 large garlic cloves

Steps:

  • Place 1/2 cup of the water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
  • Let stand for 2-3 min or until yeast is dissolved.
  • Add remaining 1/2 cup water, 1 Tbs of the oil and 1 cup of the flour.
  • Beat at low speed until combined.
  • Add the salt.
  • With the mixer running, slowly add enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  • Beat at medium low speed for 5 min or until smooth and elastic.
  • Place in a greased medium sized bowl, turn over to grease both sides.
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 min or until doubled in size.
  • Gently punch down the dough to deflate.
  • Place on a lightly floured surface.
  • Divide the dough into 6 pieces.
  • Form each piece inot a ball and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Flatten into 3 3/4-inch rounds.
  • Cover again with a towel and let rest for 15 minute.
  • Place another lightweight baking sheet or pan on top of the towel covering the buns. This will act as a weight, making the buns flatter and more even.
  • Let the buns rise again for 25 min or until doubled in size. The dough should hold slight indentation when gently pressed.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oven to 375ºF.
  • With the side of a knife, mash the garlic with a dash of salt until a fine paste forms, or you can use a mini food processor.
  • Place in a small cup and stir in the remaining 1 Tbs of olive oil.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic mixture.
  • Bake for 20 min or until golden brown and bottoms sound hollow when gently tapped.

HAMBURGER BUNS

Hamburger Buns image

Yield Makes bout 16 buns

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup warm water (105-115°F)
2 (1/4-ounce) packages active dry yeast
1/4 cup plus 1/2 tsp sugar, divided
1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon pieces and softened
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 large egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
Equipment:
a stand mixer with paddle and dough-hook attachments; a 3-inch round cookie cutter

Steps:

  • Bring milk to a bare simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool to 105 to 115°F.
  • Meanwhile, stir together warm water, yeast, and 1/2 tsp sugar in mixer bowl until yeast has dissolved. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. (If mixture doesn't foam, start over with new yeast.)
  • Add butter, warm milk, and remaining 1/4 cup sugar to yeast mixture and mix with paddle attachment at low speed until butter has melted, then mix in eggs until combined well. Add salt and 4 cups flour and mix, scraping down side of bowl as necessary, until flour is incorporated. Beat at medium speed 1 minute.
  • Switch to dough hook and beat in remaining 2 cups flour at medium speed until dough pulls away from side of bowl, about 2 minutes; if necessary, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time. Beat 5 minutes more. (Dough will be sticky.)
  • Transfer dough to a lightly oiled large bowl and turn to coat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm draft-free place until doubled, about 2 1/2 hours.
  • Butter 2 large baking sheets. Punch down dough, then roll out on a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin into a 14-inch round (about 1/2 inch thick). Cut out as many rounds as possible with floured cutter and arrange 3 inches apart on baking sheets. Gather and reroll scraps, then cut out more rounds.
  • Loosely cover buns with oiled plastic wrap and let rise in a draft-free place at warm room temperature until they hold a finger mark when gently poked, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F with racks in upper and lower thirds.
  • Brush buns with egg wash and bake, switching position of sheets halfway through baking, until tops are golden and undersides are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped, 14 to 20 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool completely.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will result in the best-tasting hamburger buns. Use bread flour for a chewy texture, active dry yeast for a light and airy crumb, and unsalted butter for a rich flavor.
  • Proof the yeast correctly: Proofing the yeast ensures that it is active and ready to use. To proof the yeast, dissolve it in warm water (105-115°F) with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes foamy.
  • Knead the dough properly: Kneading the dough develops the gluten, which gives the buns their structure and chewiness. Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: The dough needs to rise in a warm place in order to double in size. A warm place (75-85°F) will help the dough rise quickly and evenly.
  • Shape the buns properly: Once the dough has risen, shape it into buns. To shape the buns, divide the dough into equal pieces, then roll each piece into a ball. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet, leaving enough space between them for rising.
  • Bake the buns at a high temperature: Baking the buns at a high temperature (400°F) will create a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior.

Conclusion:

Homemade hamburger buns are a delicious and satisfying addition to any burger. With a little time and effort, you can make hamburger buns that are just as good as, if not better than, store-bought buns. By following these tips, you can make perfect hamburger buns every time.
