Tips:

  • Cook the hamburger thoroughly: Make sure the hamburger is cooked all the way through before adding it to the casserole. This will help to prevent foodborne illness and ensure that the casserole is safe to eat.
  • Use a variety of toppings: Don't be afraid to get creative with your toppings. Try using different types of cheese, vegetables, and sauces to create a unique and flavorful casserole.
  • Bake the casserole until it is bubbly and hot: The casserole should be baked until it is bubbly and hot throughout. This will ensure that the cheese is melted and the casserole is cooked through.

Hamburger and tortilla chip casserole is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for busy weeknights. It is a great way to use up leftover hamburger and tortilla chips, and it can be easily customized to your liking.
