HAM AND SWISS CHEESE QUICHE
This quiche has been a family favorite for many years. Very tasty and fairly easy to make. It has a mild flavor and even my kids liked it (if they couldn't see the green pepper.) You can use left over ham or as I often do ham lunch meat. This does make a very full pie crust.

Tips:
- Use a good quality ham. A flavorful ham will make all the difference in this quiche. Look for a ham that is smoked and fully cooked.
- Don't overcook the eggs. The quiche is done when the eggs are just set. Overcooked eggs will be tough and rubbery.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving. This will allow the quiche to set and make it easier to slice.
- Serve the quiche with a side salad or fruit. This will help to round out the meal.
