6 thin slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

1 medium yellow onion, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
5 chicken breasts
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

fresh parsley, chopped, for sprinkling
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (divided)
1 green onion (thinly sliced)

2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

½ cup sour cream
