Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Look for fresh spinach, creamy cream cheese, and thinly sliced ham.
  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets completely before using them. This will make them easier to work with and prevent them from tearing.
  • If the puff pastry sheets are too sticky, place them in the freezer for a few minutes before rolling them out.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the puff pastry sheets into even strips. This will help the pinwheels look neater.
  • Be careful not to overfill the pinwheels. Too much filling will make them difficult to roll and seal.
  • Bake the pinwheels until they are golden brown and flaky. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the pinwheels cool slightly before serving. This will help them hold their shape.

Conclusion:

Ham, spinach, and cream cheese pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or any other gathering. With their flaky pastry, creamy filling, and savory ham, these pinwheels are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
