Tips:

  • Choose the right ham. For this recipe, a thinly sliced deli ham works best. You can also use smoked ham or Black Forest ham if you prefer a more intense flavor.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the ham slices. This will help to keep the roll-ups from falling apart.
  • Roll the ham slices up tightly. This will help to keep the filling inside and prevent the roll-ups from unravelling.
  • Secure the roll-ups with toothpicks or skewers. This will help to keep them in place while you are baking them.
  • Bake the roll-ups until heated through. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the roll-ups immediately. They are best enjoyed warm and fresh from the oven.

Conclusion:

Ham roll-ups are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover ham. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and satisfying dish that your family and friends will love. So next time you are looking for a tasty and easy recipe, give ham roll-ups a try!
