2 c. diced ham
16 oz elbow macaroni
1 10.75 oz can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, combine cheeses and reserve 1/2 c. for later. Whisk soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings together in a large bowl. Add ham, 1 1/2 c. of cheese and pasta. Stir until combined. Pour into prepared dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with reserved cheese. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 celery rib, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon canola oil

6 cups water
4 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 onion, chopped
½ cup sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups diced cooked ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole.
  • Bring water to a full rolling boil in a pot.. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes; remove from heat, cover, and let stand until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Stir the noodles, onion, sour cream, chicken soup, ham, and Swiss cheese together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt, to taste
