2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent roll dough and place triangles on a 12-in. pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping. 8 oz crescent dinner rolls, 2 cans
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoncinis
¼ cup fresh basil
⅓ lb salami
⅓ lb ham
¼ lb prosciutto
8 slices provolone cheese, halved
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
olive oil, optional, for the dip
balsamic vinegar, optional, for the dip

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles.
  • On a large cookie sheet, place a bowl in the center (about 5 inches [12cm] in diameter). Arrange the triangles in a ring around the bowl, dough should overlap.
  • Layer cheese, pepperoncinis, basil, salami, ham, prosciutto, and provolone on each triangle closest to the ring.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring the top of the triangle over the filling, and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.

1 Tbsp butter softened
1/4 c chopped parsley (2t flakes)
2 Tbsp onion chopped
2 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
1 c broccoli, green beans or asparagus
1 c cooked ham
1 can(s) pillsbury refrigerator quick crescent rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, parsley, onion, mustard and lemon juice: blend well. Add cheese, broccoli and ham: mix lightly. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into triangles. On greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles points toward the outside, in a circle with bases overlapping. The center opening should be about 3". Spoon ham filling in a ring evently over the bases of triangles. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles at center of circle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. I usually try to make a big tossed salad and have either carrots or corn on the side with this...it's yummy!

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb quality deli ham, chopped
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tubes crescent rolls

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all ingredients (except rolls) in a bowl. I use an electric mixer to get it well blended.
