1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

6 slices center cut bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces (recommended: Oscar Mayer)
4 chicken and apple sausages (recommended: Aidell's)
1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green, red, or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup store bought BBQ sauce
1 orange, cut into slices or wedges

Steps:

  • Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Oil grate when ready to start cooking.
