1 jar (5 ounces) process sharp cheese spread
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
FILLING:
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cut butter and cheese spread into flour until well blended. Add water and toss with a fork until a ball forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
4 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half cream
1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll pie crusts into two 9-in. pie plates; flute edges. Line unpricked pie crusts with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil.
