Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Look for a good-quality ham that is thinly sliced and a Swiss cheese that is flavorful and melts well.
- For a sweeter bun, use a sweeter variety of Swiss cheese, such as Gruyère or Emmental.
- If you don't have any Dijon mustard, you can use yellow mustard instead.
- If you don't have any poppy seeds, you can use sesame seeds or chopped nuts instead.
- Be careful not to overproof the dough. If it overproofs, the buns will be too dense.
- Bake the buns until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
