1 box (9 oz) frozen baby sweet peas
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Cook and drain peas as directed on box; cool. In large bowl, mix peas and remaining salad filling ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Generously grease bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with shortening or cooking spray.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to boiling. Add Bisquick mix all at once; reduce heat to low and stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute 30 seconds or until mixture forms a ball. 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups diced fully cooked ham
3/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
