Tips:

  • Choose the right bread. A sturdy bread that can hold up to the fillings is best. Sourdough, French bread, or a hearty whole wheat bread are all good options.
  • Use high-quality ham and brie. The better the quality of the ingredients, the better the sandwich will be. Look for ham that is thinly sliced and flavorful, and brie that is creamy and rich.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different toppings. In addition to the classic ham and brie, you can also add other ingredients to your sandwich, such as thinly sliced apples, caramelized onions, or roasted peppers.
  • Cook the sandwich until the cheese is melted and bubbly. This will ensure that the sandwich is hot and gooey on the inside.
  • Serve the sandwich immediately. Ham and brie melts are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.

Conclusion:

Ham and brie melts are a classic sandwich for a reason. They're simple to make, but they're always a hit. With just a few ingredients, you can create a sandwich that is both delicious and satisfying.
