16 oz refried bean, 1 can
½ cup salsa
½ cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
lettuce
tomato
¼ cup black olive
torilla chip, to serve

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the beans and salsa.
  • Put the sour cream in a plastic bag. Cut off the end of one corner of the bag.

1 large fresh cauliflower
2 radishes, bulbs with root left on
2 pimento stuffed olives
1 banana pepper, slice
1 slice purple onion
1 cup your favorite vegetable dip

Steps:

  • Wash cauliflower.
  • Cut florets from the top of the cauliflower until you have a cauliflower 'bowl'.
