- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In the microwave melt the butter mixed with the pumpkin pie spice. In a large bowl mix the pretzel sticks, walnuts and the sunflower seeds. Pour half of the butter over the mixture. After combining well spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
