HALLOWEEN - CANDY BARS
This bar recipe is made from leftover Halloween candy bars. I originally came across this recipe back in 2003 at the Mr. Food recipe website. I did however, add a bit more of the chopped candy bars to the recipe.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate: The chocolate is the star of the show in these goody bars, so make sure to use a good-quality chocolate that you enjoy the taste of.
- Temper the chocolate: Tempering the chocolate will help it set up smoothly and give it a glossy finish. If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can temper the chocolate by melting it in a microwave-safe bowl on low power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the goody bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the goody bars before cutting: Chilling the goody bars before cutting will help them hold their shape. If you're having trouble cutting the bars, try running a sharp knife under hot water for a few seconds before slicing.
- Get creative with your toppings: There are endless possibilities when it comes to toppings for these goody bars. Some popular options include chopped nuts, dried fruit, candy pieces, and sprinkles.
Conclusion:
These Halloween goody bars are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any Halloween party. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So get creative and have fun!
